Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so prior to 24-hours before your appointment. In line with the current government mandate, as of Friday 29th October 2021 the rules around visiting the beauty industry are changing. Unfortunately if you are unable to comply with the new guidelines we ask that you reschedule your appointment to avoid disappointment of on-the-day cancellation. - all clients must QR scan in on arrival - all clients are required to be COVID-19 double vaccinated and provide evidence of vaccination status. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your appointment - If you are unwell, please kindly reschedule
